Welcome to 80k in 80 days! This is a community borne from a desire for the camaraderie and encouragement experienced during National Novel Writing Month. Writing can be lonely, often frustrating, and disheartening. The goal of this community is to help one another reach our ultimate goals: a complete novel.
Though the name of the community is 80,000 words in 80 days, this is just a guideline. Ultimately a story might be longer, or shorter, and the main focus of the community is to create a daily habit of making time to write and putting words on paper.

daneryhe, where people can comment and state if they reached their daily goal (1,000 words), if they didn't, and the experience itself. Members are free to post any time they wish, if they want to talk about something specific (such as the tropes in a certain genre or in general, trends in published works, the industry of publishing, and so on).
